Brian J. Stark has been representing the interests of Vermont real estate clients since 2003. Previously affiliated with high volume real estate law firms in the greater Burlington area, Brian has the experience and depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to provide buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate with comprehensive counsel on the legal aspects of the real estate transaction process.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brian obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University majoring in Urban and Regional Planning and obtained both his Juris Doctor and a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Subsequently, Brian has been admitted to practice in both Vermont and Indiana. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid cyclist, swimmer and skier.

Ashley L. Post joined Stark Law PLLC in the Spring of 2018. Previously, Ashley clerked for a solo practioner in Waterbury, Vermont, performing title work for real estate transactions.

Ashley moved from her home town of Glen Head, New York, to Vermont in 2010. She graduated from The University of Vermont in 2014 with a B.A. in Political Science and History. After college, Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, graduating cum laude in 2017. When not in the office, Ashley enjoys snowboarding, horseback riding and helping her family business, transporting horses
